Having worked for H M Customs & Excise within the Voluntary Arrangement section, upon their relocation in 2001 she joined Richard J Smith & Co as an Insolvency Administrator. She has a BA (Hons) degree in Business Administration and has also achieved her CPI qualification. She has experience in both personal and corporate casework.

Karen is married with two children and her interests are football (watching not playing!), cooking and wine tasting.
